STEVEN COX
Harnessing his background as a professional athlete, Steven has always embodied the all-or-nothing mindset. However, the onset of Covid shattered his aspirations of achieving success as a professional golfer, leading him down a precarious path marked by addiction.
In an impressive turnaround, Steven emerged from the depths of those toxic behaviors, establishing a successful car business while nurturing a newfound passion for bodybuilding. His journey of resilience has inspired countless individuals, exemplifying the possibility of profound life transformation.
Over the past five years, Steven has undergone an incredible metamorphosis—mentally and physically. Now, he stands ready to guide others in making meaningful changes in their own lives.
STEVEN’S STORY
ABOUT ANGE
Ange embarked on her health and fitness journey several years ago, a pivotal response to a deeply personal crisis upon learning of her father's cancer diagnosis. She often drank heavily on weekends to escape daily stress and normalised “blacking out”. However, after witnessing her father's serious illness she decided to fully embrace a transformative 'Dry July.' This experience changed her perspective on alcohol and made her rethink her relationship with drinking.
Over the course of 12 months, Ange successfully shed more than 15 kilograms of body fat, emphasizing a dedicated approach to health and nutrition. She is particularly passionate about the vital connection between a healthy mind and body, advocating for a focus on mindset and daily routines.
